We are LittleGuide Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and we operate the website https://littleguide.ai (the “Site”), the LittleGuide.ai mobile application (the “App”), and any other related products and services that refer or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must stop use immediately.

Supplemental terms or policies may apply to certain features of the Services and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version, and your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use or register for the Services.

LittleGuide.ai provides educational and supportive tools to help new and expecting parents with features such as AI-generated insights, milestone tracking, baby logging, and parenting prompts. However, the Services are not medical advice and should not be relied upon in place of professional care.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or license all content, source code, functionality, software, designs, graphics, and trademarks on the Services (“Content” and “Marks”). These are protected under intellectual property laws and are provided “as is” for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Services. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or modify our content without our written consent.

  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept various forms of payment (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your chosen method for any purchases.

7. USER CONTENT

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

9. MOBILE APP LICENSE

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable license to install and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute the App.

Our Services may link to or include third-party content. We do not endorse or control such content and are not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with it.
